Neuronimbus is looking for an ambitious and consultative Business Development Manager – Digital & AI Solutions to drive current business growth across enterprise, mid-market, and high-growth businesses.

This role goes far beyond traditional IT sales. We are looking for someone who can engage with business and technology stakeholders, understand complex business challenges, identify opportunities for digital transformation, and position Neuronimbus' capabilities as strategic business solutions.

The successful candidate will own the complete business development lifecycle—from identifying prospects and building relationships to solution positioning, commercial negotiations, contract closures, and long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & New Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise organisations, mid-market businesses, funded startups, and product companies.
- Build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, strategic outreach, and relationship building.




- Engage decision-makers across Digital, Technology, Marketing, Product, and Business functions.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.

Solution Selling
- Understand client business challenges and work collaboratively with technical teams to position appropriate solutions.
- Promote Neuronimbus capabilities across Custom Software Development, Product Engineering, AI Solutions, Commerce Platforms, UX & Digital Experience, Human Cloud, Digital Transformation, and Data & Cloud Engineering.
- Develop consultative solution approaches aligned with client business objectives.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand business priorities and technology roadmaps.
- Position Neuronimbus as a long-term digital transformation partner.
