We are looking for an experienced Manager Sales with a strong background in Staffing Sales / Recruitment Services / Contract Staffing to drive new business development and expand our client portfolio.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of bringing recent clients for Contract Staffing, building relationships with MSPs (Managed Service Providers), and managing the complete business development lifecycle—from lead generation and client acquisition to commercial negotiations and account growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development for Contract Staffing and Recruitment Services.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across IT/Technology and other relevant sectors.
- Generate leads through direct prospecting, networking, referrals, market intelligence, LinkedIn, industry connects, and existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSPs, procurement teams, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and business stakeholders.




- Develop and manage relationships with MSP/VMS programs and work toward onboarding the organization as an approved staffing vendor.
- Bring in new Contract Staffing requirements and business mandates from prospective clients.
- Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation client meetings requirement understanding proposal/commercials negotiation closure handover.
- Prepare and present capability decks, proposals, commercials, and staffing solutions to prospective clients.
- Work closely with Recruitment/Delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
- Develop strategies for client acquisition, revenue growth, and account penetration.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, client hiring patterns, and emerging staffing opportunities.
