As we scale, we're looking for a Remote Telecalling & Lead Generation Executive who can help us consistently find, approach, qualify, and convert potential business clients.

About the Role

This is not just a calling job.

We're looking for someone who can actively contribute to our sales pipeline by finding potential clients, making outbound calls, understanding their business needs, pitching our services, following up, and converting prospects into paying clients.

The selected candidate will work remotely and will be expected to make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day.





Our focus is not simply on the number of calls made, we want conversations, qualified leads, meetings, and most importantly, conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls every day to potential business clients.
- Find and research potential clients who may require digital marketing services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, Google/search research, social media, business directories, referrals, and other sources.
- Speak with business owners, founders, decision-makers, and marketing managers.
- Understand the prospect's business, current marketing activities, requirements, and challenges.
- Pitch Top Tier Tales Media's services in a clear and convincing manner.
- Handle basic objections and questions from prospects.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert prospects into qualified leads and potential clients.
- Schedule meetings between interested prospects and the sales/strateg
