Job Description

PSR Compliance is looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage financial reporting, taxation, audits, statutory compliance and client advisory assignments.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and finalisation of financial statements.
- Prepare and review balance sheets, profit and loss statements and MIS reports.
- Handle GST registrations, returns, reconciliations and notices.
- Manage Income Tax, TDS, advance tax and other direct-tax matters.
- Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits and internal audits.
- Review financial records and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Support company incorporation, MCA/ROC filings and corporate compliance work.
- Prepare financial projections, certificates and management reports.




- Handle client consultations and provide taxation and compliance guidance.
- Respond to notices and coordinate with regulatory authorities.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Guide accountants and filing executives.
- Support management with financial planning, budgeting and process improvement.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with active ICAI membership.
- 1.5–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, audits and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with MCA/ROC compliance will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel and accounting software.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet statutory deadlines.
- Candidates from consulting, taxation, audit or compliance firms will be preferred.
