Core Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Watch computer screens and error logs to catch system failures or performance drops.
- Job Scheduling: Run and manage daily batch processing tasks and reports based on production calendars.
- Maintenance & Backups: Run routine data backups, fix hardware issues like printer jams, and install software updates.
- User Support: Answer user questions, log IT incidents, and resolve basic technical complaints.
