Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Manager to manage and grow the assigned technology portfolio. The role will be responsible for driving vendor relationships, business planning, product lifecycle management, demand generation, profitability, and market growth across Server, Storage, Backup, and Data Protection solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, vendor management experience, and the ability to work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Operations,



and Channel Partners to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Vendor Management
- Own and manage the complete product portfolio for Server, Storage, Backup, and Data Protection solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with OEMs and technology vendors.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration.
- Manage vendor programs, rebates, incentives, pricing, and business reviews.
- Drive quarterly and annual business planning with technology vendors.

Revenue & Profitability Management
- Achieve assigned revenue, gross margin, and market share targets.
- Monitor business performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Identify growth opportunities across existing and new customer segments.
- Work with sales teams to accelerate pipeline creation and opportunity conversion.
