Job Summary

Flexpro Electricals Private Limited is seeking an experienced, organised Back office Assistant to support the sales team with day-to-day sales and administrative activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and sales documents, coordinating with internal departments, following up on enquiries and orders, and maintaining proper sales records.

The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in a back office Assistant / Sales Coordinator / Sales Support role, preferably in a manufacturing, electrical, engineering, or industrial company.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales Team.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and send quotations, offers, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, enquiries, orders, and pending requirements.




- Coordinate with the Sales Team for order processing and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, and other departments for smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer details, enquiry records, quotation records, and order status.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update sales data and customer information in MS Excel / ERP software.
- Track pending quotations, purchase orders, payments, and dispatch status.
- Assist the sales team in preparing documents required for customer orders.
- Communicate order-related updates to customers as required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales-related records.
- Support the Sales Manager and Sales Team in day-to-day activities.
- Assist in coordinating with customers regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
