Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for international candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct international sourcing activities such as headhunting, networking, and social media outreach to attract top talent from around the world.
- Ensure compliance with US immigration laws and regulations during the hiring process.

Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or international hiring/recruitment coordination.
- Solid understanding of US staffing industry trends and regulations
- Proven track record of successfully filling difficult-to-fill positions through creative sourcing methods (headhunting, networking).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across cultures.
