Job Description – HVAC DESIGN ENGINEER

 Drafting design documentation for HVAC systems tailored to pharmaceutical, biotechnological,

cosmetic, and food processing facilities

 Effectively prepare of AHU zoning, Area classification on and pressure zoning layouts.

 Heat load calculation and preparation on of room Data sheet.

 Planning, execution on, monitoring work.

 Preparation of design including Heat Load calculation

flow diagrams,

duct design,

plans and sections

details specifications,

equipment schedules and calculation

 Size and specifying mechanical equipment, such as air handling units, chillers, cooling towers,

compressors etc.

 HVAC Equipment selection

 Quantity Survey,

 BOQ preparation

 Effective cost estimation

 Preparation of Tender Documents

 Positive knowledge of ASHRAE, ISME BPE & ASME 31.3 & 31.1 Standards.

 Candidates should be familiar with software like AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP or REVIT.

Pay:



₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

- How many years of experience do you have in HVAC Design, and how much of this experience is specifically in Pharmaceutical projects?
- Do you have hands-on experience in Heat Load Calculation, Room Data Sheets, AHU zoning, Area Classification, and Pressure Zoning?
- Have you independently handled HVAC design deliverables such as duct design, flow diagrams, equipment schedules, specifications, plans, and sections?
- Do you have experience in HVAC equipment selection and sizing, including AHU, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and Compressors, along with BOQ and cost estimation?
- Which HVAC design software are you proficient in—AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, or Revit—and what is your working knowledge of ASHRAE, ISME, BPE, ASME B31.3 and B31.1 standards?
