Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive who can independently handle leads, understand learner requirements, conduct sales conversations, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into enrollments.

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, where you will be responsible for your own sales performance, follow-ups, and targets while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities





Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.

Handle inbound leads and convert them into successful enrollments.

Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a strong lead pipeline.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Handle customer objections and confidently communicate course benefits.

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.

Take ownership of assigned leads and independently manage the sales process.

Coordinate with the relevant teams for smooth lead management and enrollment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

1–6 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / Business Development.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales can also apply.
