Role Description
The Content Strategist role at Lanstitut is a full-time, in office position based in Kozhikode.



The individual in this role will plan and execute content strategies that support Lanstitut’s mission of connecting healthcare professionals with global opportunities, including developing content roadmaps for web, email, and social channels. Day-to-day activities include researching audience needs, defining key messaging, coordinating with product, marketing, and training teams, and creating briefs and guidelines for writers and designers. The Content Strategist will analyze content performance, optimize campaigns, maintain brand voice consistency across platforms, and ensure content aligns with both learner and partner needs. The role also involves managing content calendars, supporting campaign planning, and contributing to new content formats such as guides, blogs, case studies, and learning resources.
