Job Description:

What will you be doing:
- Deliver live one-on-one and group sessions in a comprehensive manner to students preparing for IELTS exam.
- Getting trained on IELTS exam to deliver sessions in future.
- Provide tips & tricks sessions (for all modules) and constructive feedback to students (mostly writing and speaking sections).
- Simplifying English Grammar concepts while coaching students for their exams.
- Conducting and evaluating weekly mock tests.
- Be accountable for the students assigned to you - their grades, attendance, and activeness during classes.
- Ready to take demo classes during your availability hours.
- Encourage student participation and lead student discussions to keep the sessions interactive, exciting, and engaging.
- Actively participate in team meetings, and timely reporting of students’ performance.
- Work on and improvise existing content, assigning educational activities (worksheets, tests, assignments, etc.).

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 2+ years of IELTS teaching experience.




- We can provide the training if required.
- Top scores in IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/GRE or certifications like TEFL, CELTA, TESOL.
- Excellent communication skills and result oriented.
- Passion and patience for teaching.
- Consistent availability during chosen class hours.
- Open availability of minimum 5 hours - starting from 04:00 am to 11:00 am IST and 05:00 pm -12:00 pm - We follow and prefer Canada/US Time (EST). Minimum 5 hours required. You can work more as well even 8 hours or more.

Technical requirements
- Computer literacy required.
- A personal computer/laptop, a headset, a camera, and battery backup.
- High-speed internet.
- Willing to learn SpeakInfinite’s LMS.
- Camera must be turned ON in every class.
