Systems Sales Engineer
for West region.

About the Role

As a Systems engineer based in our Mumbai Regional office, you are required to promote and deliver Yokogawa’s Industrial Automation solutions within your defined region. You will develop and execute business plans, drive strategic growth, and ensure that customers receive the highest level of technical and application support. You have to maintain strong client relationships and achieving commercial outcomes, will be central to your success.

What you’ll do:
- Achieve business goals
- Achieve Key Performance metrics of Order Intake, Sales Turnover.
- Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to deliver year-on-year growth.
- Identify, qualify, and close key Systems opportunities across industrial markets.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients and industry partners.




- Drive technical excellence and ensure the delivery of high-quality application support to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote new strategic Systems/solutions and cross-business opportunities.
- Manage, develop, and implement sales plans and budgets within the defined System sales area.
- Drive Yokogawa DX portfolio in existing as well as to new customers
- Work closely with consultants and process licensors as well as EPC’s to increase Yokogawa DCS footprint to various Industry segments

What you’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Process Control, Electrical, Chemical, Electronic, or Systems Engineering — or significant experience in the Industrial Instrumentation market.
- Robust business acumen with the ability to drive strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer portfolios and achieving sales targets.
