Key Responsibilities
- Manage Pumping Operations: Ensure efficient pump scheduling, deployment, and supervision to maximize equipment utilization, productivity, and timely execution of pumping activities.
- Optimize Pump Performance & Cost Control: Minimize operational costs, pump-related rejections, and downtime through preventive maintenance, performance monitoring, and accurate record management.
- Monitor Post-Pour Performance: Collect, analyze, and maintain post-pour feedback to drive continuous improvement in pumping operations and service quality.
- Strengthen Key Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits, proactive engagement, and prompt resolution of customer feedback and requirements.
- Drive Pre & Post Concreting Coordination (CRM): Coordinate with customers before, during,



and after concreting to ensure smooth pump installation, successful execution, timely support, and effective feedback management.
- Ensure Operational Excellence & Customer Satisfaction: Improve service delivery by aligning operational planning with customer expectations, ensuring seamless execution, and implementing continuous process improvements.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-graduation work experience.
- Experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) industry is strongly preferred.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Presentation skills will be an added advantage.
