About the Role

As an HR Intern – Recruitment, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a hands-on chance to gain exposure to sourcing, screening, candidate management, interview coordination, and hiring operations across multiple functions and geographies.

What You’ll Do
- Support sourcing of candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.




- Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
- Support offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-joining activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
- Assist the TA team with ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects.

What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proactive attitude with a robust willingness to learn.
- Prior internship/recruitment experience would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
