Job Title: Banking Sales Manager

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Compensation: Up to 10 LPA

Shift: Fixed Day Shift

Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Banking Sales Manager to lead and drive outbound banking sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring consistent business growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall banking sales and revenue generation through outbound sales channels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize productivity and conversions.
- Monitor daily sales performance, prepare reports, and present business insights to management.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support business expansion initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in banking sales, preferably in outbound sales operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling revenue targets and sales performance metrics.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
