BeatBox Fitness is hiring energetic and confident Customer Care & Sales Executives for our Kokapet studio.

Freshers are welcome No fitness industry experience is required. Training will be provided.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages and enquiries
- Speak with new leads and understand their fitness requirements
- Schedule trial classes and appointments
- Explain BeatBox memberships, packages and offers
- Follow up with leads and convert them into memberships
- Welcome and assist customers at the studio
- Follow up on membership renewals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing members
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work with the studio team to achieve monthly sales targets

Preferred Candidate:
- Freshers or candidates with 03 years of experience
- Excellent communication and people skills




- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Positive, energetic and presentable personality
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
- Willing to learn sales and customer relationship management
- Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives

Candidates from BPO, Customer Care, Customer Support, Customer Service, Voice Process, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Retail and Hospitality backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

No prior gym or fitness experience required.
