Job Description – Site Engineer (Civil)

Note : ( Night Shift will be there )

Position: Site Engineer – Civil
Location: Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 1 –5 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Salary: ₹2.0 – ₹5.0 LPA
Industry: Construction / Real Estate
Project Type: Commercial & Residential Projects
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and consultants.
- Monitor civil works including RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry,



plastering, flooring and finishing works.
- Check measurements, quantities and material requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure construction work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Monitor manpower, materials and equipment at site.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety practices at the construction site.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of Civil Construction and Site Execution.
- Experience in Commercial / Residential Construction Projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to read and understand Civil/Structural drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC, Reinforcement, Shuttering, Masonry and Finishing Works.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to man
