About the role

You will own performance and brand marketing across two complementary brands, with roughly 70% of your focus on Blue Ocean and 30% on Maithilii (this weighting may shift over time). Blue Ocean is a selective, founder-led study-abroad and admissions practice working with discerning families, where marketing means precise, high-intent lead generation. Maithilii is a handcrafted lifestyle and handloom brand rooted in Mithila's craft heritage, where marketing means storytelling, community, and social commerce. You will move fluently between the two: running paid campaigns that bring the right people to us, and building content that makes them stay.

What you'll do

Plan, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad campaigns end to end, from audience and creative through to budget and reporting

Own lead generation for Blue Ocean, working to cost-per-qualified-lead rather than vanity metrics

Drive brand awareness and social commerce for Maithilii through paid and organic content

– Manage the day-to-day social presence of both brands, including content calendars, community,



and engagement

– Brief and coordinate creative (copy, design, video) and translate brand voice into scroll-stopping assets

– Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance; run tests and act on what the numbers say

– Stay close to the full funnel, from landing pages and retargeting through to enquiry

What we're looking for

– 3–5 years of hands-on, first-hand digital marketing experience (not oversight of an agency)

– A proven track record of running successful Meta campaigns for a brand comparable to ours, ideally premium, considered, or D2C

– Fluency in Meta Ads Manager, audience building, creative testing, and performance analytics

– Sharp instincts for both lead-generation performance and brand storytelling

– Solid ownership, and comfort being the person the results rest on
