Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own the group's entire digital presence — a portfolio of distinct consumer-facing brands, each with its own audience, funnel, and franchise guidelines. The role spans SEO, social media, content, online reputation, and lead generation across all group entities, and is responsible for building a consistent, qualified digital persona for the group as a whole. This is a builder's role: you will define the strategy, set up the systems, manage agencies and creators, and be measured on tangible outcomes — leads, footfall,



admissions enquiries, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

Own the content calendar and posting across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube for all four brands. Grow reach, followers, engagement and — most importantly — direct enquiries via DM, WhatsApp and comments.

2. Performance Marketing

Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads for each business independently. Own budget allocation, bidding, audience and creative testing. Accountable for cost per lead and ROAS, not impressions.

3. Content Creation & Direction

Produce and direct photo and video content — vehicle shoots, workshop and service content, school events and campus films, jewellery and campaign shoots. Manage freelancers, photographers, editors and agencies. Basic in-house editing and design capability expected.
