Role Description
The Owner role at Appwizer Solutions (OPC) Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhum. The Owner is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, overseeing custom software development projects, and guiding talent development and training initiatives. Day-to-day activities include managing business operations, building and maintaining client relationships, supervising project delivery, and ensuring quality standards are met across services. The role also involves leading mentorship programs, coordinating with trainers and consultants, managing budgets and resources, and identifying new opportunities for business growth and community impact. The Owner collaborates with internal teams and external partners to drive digital transformation, foster innovation, and sustain long-term organizational success.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team supervision.




- Experience in technology or software development, with the ability to oversee projects and understand technical workflows.
- Background in talent development, training, or mentorship, with a focus on building workforce readiness.
- Business development and client relationship skills, including negotiation, stakeholder management, and partnership building.
- Financial and operational management capabilities, such as budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and community partners.
- Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation and support innovation in a fast-changing business workplace.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, technology, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
