Position: B2B Sales – FMCG

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales professional with a strong FMCG background to drive institutional and business-to-business sales for ESTRIP’s innovative household cleaning product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG sales, modern trade, general trade, institutional sales, distributor/dealer networks and B2B business development, with an established understanding of the Indian consumer products market. The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, developing distribution channels and driving revenue growth across B2B and institutional markets. Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Business Development Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across FMCG, home care and consumer product channels.



Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and institutional accounts. Develop recent business through direct sales, partnerships, distributors and strategic accounts. Conduct market mapping and identify high-potential customer segments.

2. FMCG Sales & Distribution Leverage existing FMCG industry knowledge and relationships to expand ESTRIP’s market presence. Develop and manage distributor, dealer and channel-partner networks. Explore opportunities across General Trade, Modern Trade, Institutional Sales, Corporate Procurement and other B2B channels. Develop effective sales strategies for different customer segments and geographies.

3. Key Account Management Build strong relationships with key customers, procurement teams, distributors and business owners. Manage negotiations, pricing, commercial terms and business agreements. Ensure strong customer retention and identify opportunities for increasing business from existing accounts. Regularly review
