Job Description
- Handle customer interactions through calls and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into business.




- Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective customer service delivery.

Job Specification

1. 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, Tele-Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Customer Acquisition.
2. Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
3. Positive communication and convincing skills in English and local language.
4. Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Minimum Graduation is mandatory (60% and above)
