Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer Electricals to manage electrical maintenance, plant electrical systems, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and improvement projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and productive operation of all electrical installations and production equipment within the manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure maximum availability and reliability of electrical equipment supporting production operations.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, MCCs, PCCs, transformers, VFDs, control panels, PLCs, DG sets, compressors, pumps, and other plant equipment.
- Monitor and maintain HT/LT electrical systems, substations, switchgear, cables, protection systems, earthing, and power distribution networks.
- Coordinate with production, mechanical, instrumentation,



and utility teams for effective maintenance and breakdown resolution.
- Analyze recurring electrical failures and implement root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, SOPs, and maintenance records.
- Monitor electrical energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy conservation and cost reduction.
- Lead electrical improvement, modification, and CAPEX projects, including technical evaluation and commissioning.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for electrical maintenance and project activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and plant EHS procedures.
- Conduct inspections, electrical safety audits, thermography, and testing of critical electrical equipment.
