? Key Requirement

We are specifically looking for a
Salesforce BA who understands both Business and Technology
, with good
functional and techno-functional knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud
.

The candidate should be able to understand business requirements, translate them into Salesforce/Commerce Cloud solutions, and work effectively with technical teams.

Must-Have

✅ 6–10 years of experience as a
Salesforce Business Analyst

✅ Robust
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / B2C Commerce)
experience

✅ Strong
Techno-Functional understanding of Commerce Cloud

✅ Valuable understanding of eCommerce processes – Product Catalog, Pricing & Promotions, Cart, Checkout,



Order Management, Customer Accounts, Loyalty, etc.

✅ Experience in requirement gathering, discovery workshops, BRDs/FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Process Flows

✅ Ability to work closely with
Architects, Developers, QA and Product Owners

✅ Strong stakeholder/client communication and coordination skills

✅ Understanding of integrations, APIs and overall Salesforce ecosystem

✅ Experience with Agile/Scrum, UAT, defect management and release planning

• Salesforce Experience Cloud

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Sales Cloud / Service Cloud

• OMS, Payment Gateway & ERP integrations

• REST APIs & Middleware
