Job description
- Measurement & Verification: Take joint measurements at the site with clients or contractors and subcontractors and record them in measurement books (MB).
- Bill Preparation: Prepare running account (RA) bills, final bills, and back-to-back contractor/sub-contractor bills.
- Estimation: Assist in Quantity estimation.
- Reconciliation: Assisting to maintain monthly reconciliation statements for building materials to check consumption versus theoretical requirements
Candidate profile:
- Positive material knowledge, specification
- Trouble-shooter
- Excellent MS office skills and Multi task handling
