We are growing our sales team at Cams Biometrics, Chennai.
This is a client-facing sales role focused on selling technology solutions to customers, including international clients.
You will be engaging prospects, understanding their requirements, presenting our solutions, handling objections, negotiating, following up, and taking conversations through to closure.

This is a
hands-on sales role
. You won't just be making calls from a list. You will be expected to understand what the customer needs, understand our technology, communicate its value clearly, and build enough confidence for the customer to move forward.

You will work closely with our sales, technical and support teams. The role involves regular interaction with customers through calls, messages and online meetings.
Professional communication and presentation are significant because you will be directly representing Cams Biometrics to clients.

We are looking for someone who is confident,



commercially minded and comfortable selling to people outside their immediate market.

What you'll own
- Lead engagement
— respond to inbound enquiries and proactively reach out to prospects through voice calls, WhatsApp/text and other communication channels
- International sales
— engage and sell our products and services to international customers and understand their business requirements
- Product presentation
— understand our biometric and technology solutions and explain their benefits in a simple, convincing manner
- Sales conversion
— identify customer needs, handle objections, convince prospects and move opportunities towards closure
- Follow-ups
— maintain consistent and professional follow-up until the opportunity is closed or clearly qualified out
- Online meetings
— conduct and participate in Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other online meetings with prospects and clients
- Negotiation
— discuss commercial requiremen
