Job Summary
Project Co-ordinator is the single point manager and responsibility center for a Water Conservation and Regenerative Agriculture villages project in Karnal district, Haryana. Candidate should be ready to be posted in one of the intervention villages.

Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate must have a Master's degree in Agriculture/ Master's degree in social Work/ MBA/Water Management/ Environment Management with excellent management and documentation skills.
- Impressive personality, ability to create awareness, rapport with community & government, good network connections and high degree of professionalism, work ethic and result orientation required. High degree of responsiveness to donor requirements also needed
- Atleast 2 years experience in similar profile will be preferred.
- Team worker and should be able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to design and implement the desired solutions.
- Should have good computer skills.
- Must have 2 wheeler and willing to travel for work.

Responsibilities and Duties




Project involves Creating a Water Balance in the selected villages through Watershed interventions for Groundwater replenishment and promoting demand side and promoting Natural and Regenerative Agriculture. The team will create awareness about these issues, support community members in adopting the changes, create convergence with govt. schemes, make SHGs, community collectives, develop community leadership and advocacy for impact. He/She will also be responsible for all project deliverables, its reporting, real and virtual visibility, building goodwill for the donor in the community and strong liasoning with government and other stakeholders.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
