Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Architect with strong Interior Design knowledge and prior experience in an Interior Design / Architecture & Interiors firm. The candidate will handle projects from concept development through detailed design, client coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop space plans, layouts, design concepts, material palettes, and presentations.
- Prepare and review architectural and interior working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Handle interiors including furniture, flooring, ceilings, lighting, finishes, and joinery.
- Conduct site visits and ensure proper execution of the design.




- Guide junior architects/designers and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements
- Degree in Architecture.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in an interior design / architecture & interior design firm preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architecture, interior design, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit/BIM, Photoshop or similar software.
- Robust design, communication, client-handling, and project coordination skills.
- Strong portfolio of architectural and interior projects preferred.
