Deputy Manager - Quality (Solar EPC)

We are hiring a Deputy Manager - Quality to lead QA/QC governance across utility-scale solar projects. The role involves quality systems implementation, audits, NCR management, compliance monitoring, quality reporting, and coordination with project teams across multiple sites.

Key Requirements:

14-18 years in QA/QC
Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Power / Infrastructure experience
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, QA/QC procedures & audits
Expertise in NCR Management, CAPA & Root Cause Analysis
Experience in project quality monitoring and quality reporting
Advanced Excel, MIS & PowerPoint skills
Willingness to travel across project sites in India

Preferred Profile:

Civil Engineer with utility-scale solar project experience
Exposure to corporate quality governance and multi-site coordination
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills Interested candidates can share their updated resume.
