About the Role
The Lead Analyst Cybersecurity (GCO) is responsible for managing, analysing, and responding to complex cybersecurity threats and incidents across HSBC.
- The role involves leading incident response activities, strengthening security operations, and ensuring compliance with global security standards and policies.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate analysis of cybersecurity threats, incidents, and escalations.
- Provide advanced investigation support across SIEM, EDR, and Cloud security platforms.
- Develop and fine-tune detection rules, playbooks, and security use cases.
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to improve cyber defence posture.
- Support regulatory, compliance, and audit activities for cybersecurity operations.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts within the team.
