The Ford Motor Credit Company is transforming the financial services landscape. As an Engineering Manager within the Customer and Accounts domain, you will lead the technical evolution of the systems that manage the core identity, financial profiles, and transactional lifecycles of millions of global customers.

This is a highly technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in SpringBoot &Google; Cloud Platform (GCP),



distributed backend architectures, and high-concurrency financial systems. You will lead a global team of software engineers to build resilient, secure, and scalable microservices that serve as the backbone of Ford Credit’s digital ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery, from low-level system design to global cloud deployment strategies.

Technical Leadership & Architectural Oversight
- GCP Cloud-Native Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of highly available, auto-scaling applications leveraging Google Cloud Platform services (GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and PostgreSQL).
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD): Architect complex backend services for the Customer and Accounts domain, ensuring strict data consistency, transactional idempotency, and secure handling of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) across global regions.
