Role Description
The Technical Project Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of digital products and systems. This role coordinates cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, product,
and stakeholders—to define requirements, scope projects, and maintain clear roadmaps and timelines. Day-to-day activities include managing technical project plans, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and implementation details. The Technical Project Manager will facilitate stand-ups and reviews, prepare status reports, and maintain documentation that keeps ownership and responsibilities clear. This role also involves working closely with leadership and clients to manage expectations, mitigate risks, and ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and built with intent.
Qualifications
- Project management skills in planning, prioritization, and coordination of cross-functional teams, with experience managing full lifecycle digital projects.
