To Manage costing, Financial Planning and analysis, route productivity, EBITDA, P&L; analysis, feasibility studies, and cost optimization initiatives.
The role will provide data-driven financial insights to support business decisions, improve operational efficiency and enhance overall profitability
- Lead and manage profitability analysis including commercial viability for recent business opportunities
- Analyze and coordinate with Head - Service Assurance / COO on approval for resource requirements coming from locations in terms of manpower, vehicles or any other resource
- Scan market and implement best insights on resource optimization and network planning (Routes, manpower, vehicle restructuring) for profitability improvement
- Ensure timely preparation and sharing of periodic route profitability, feasibility reports
