Job Title: Legal Intern Duration:

1 to 3 months (minimum commitment)

Eligibility Criteria:
- Law students in their third year or higher of a five-year undergraduate program, third year or higher of a three-year LLB program, or currently enrolled in a master's program in Business, Company, or Corporate Law.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs.
- Analyzing contract requirements and terms for compliance.




- Conducting research on regulatory updates.
- Supporting due diligence and compliance screening.
- Maintaining contract repository and trackers.
- Coordinating compliance data collection.

Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 65% or 7.5 SGPA in each semester.
- Robust legal acumen, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Networking and stakeholder interaction experience preferred.
- Prior contract drafting experience is an advantage.
