About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining web applications with a focus on React.js for the front-end and Node.js for the back-end. You will be an integral part of an existing team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge applications involving AI and voice agents.This is a fantastic opportunity for a developer who is passionate about coding from scratch, possesses strong analytical skills, and thrives in a collaborative setting. While the position is currently remote, we expect the candidate to be able to work from our Hyderabad office once we reopen.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs, highlighting product features, integrations, configurations, and customization options.




- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable technical and functional solutions.
- Guide clients through product onboarding, implementation, and system configuration activities.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of customization and enhancement requests.
- Provide technical consultation and product expertise during both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Support teams to address client needs and resolve technical issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring a positive customer experience and successful product adoption.
- Advise clients on best practices, system workflows, and effective use of product features to maximize value.
