About Travmonde

Travmonde is building an intelligent travel platform connecting travelers and travel professionals with exceptional local tours, guides and destination services worldwide.

We have built significant global supply, industry relationships and technology — but our social media presence does not yet reflect the company we are building.

We want to change that.

We are looking for someone who can build an AI-powered content, social media and audience-growth engine, rather than simply manually creating and posting content.

Our ambition is both B2B and B2C:
- Build awareness, authority and demand among travel advisors, tour operators and other travel professionals.
- Build a consumer audience that discovers experiences through our content and ultimately books directly with Travmonde.

The Role

Your mission is to:

Turn Travmonde’s destinations, experiences, guides, industry knowledge and founder insights into an AI-powered media and audience engine — building both B2B and B2C demand and ultimately converting attention into bookings and revenue.





You will combine creativity and judgment with AI and automation to dramatically increase the speed, quality and volume of content production.

This is not a traditional social media manager role where most of your time is spent manually designing and scheduling posts.

We expect you to think AI-first and growth-first.

You should constantly ask:

How can AI do most of the repetitive work while I concentrate on ideas, storytelling, quality, experimentation and growth?

What You Will Do1. Build our AI-powered content engine

Create a repeatable workflow:

Idea → Research → Content → Design/Video → Approval → Publishing → Distribution → Analysis → Improvement

Use AI and automation wherever appropriate.

The objective is to create a scalable content operation without building a large traditional social media team.
