We are looking for a confident, energetic and people-oriented Client Relationship & Sales Executive who can manage client enquiries, convert prospective clients into memberships, and build robust relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media and walk-ins
- Understand prospective clients' needs and guide them towards the right Pilates program
- Schedule trial sessions and consultations
- Consistently follow up with leads and convert enquiries into memberships
- Explain membership plans, pricing and offers clearly and confidently
- Welcome and onboard new clients and ensure a smooth studio experience
- Build strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups
- Follow up on membership renewals and inactive clients
- Handle client concerns professionally and coordinate with the studio team when required
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions and renewals
- Work towards monthly sales, conversion and retention targets

Who We're Looking For




- 13 years of experience in sales, customer relations or a client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with prospective clients over the phone and in person
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building and sales skills
- Comfortable working with sales and conversion targets
- Organised and disciplined in managing leads and follow-ups
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Positive, professional and client-focused attitude

Experience in fitness, wellness, beauty, healthcare, hospitality or other premium service businesses will be an advantage.

Prior Pilates experience is not required. Training about our programs and services will be provided.
