Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid role located in Dubai, where some work from home is acceptable. The Senior Finance & Accounting Executive will oversee financial planning and budgeting, monitor cash flow, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. The role will involve analyzing financial performance, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions, as well as coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors and banks. The executive will also contribute to process improvements in finance and accounting operations, maintaining accurate records and supporting management with clear, timely financial communication.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning, with the ability to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Proficient in Financial Reporting,



including preparation and analysis of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Effective Communication skills for presenting financial information clearly to management and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems, and robust proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of international accounting standards and regulatory requirements relevant to manufacturing and cross-border operations.
- Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
