Key Responsibilities:
- Handle mechanical design, fabrication and production activities for solar structures.
- Prepare and review drawings, BOMs and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication and project teams.
- Monitor fabrication processes including cutting, welding, drilling and assembly.
- Ensure quality, accuracy and timely completion of work.
- Resolve technical and shop-floor issues.
- Maintain production and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 25 years of relevant experience in steel fabrication / solar structures.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and mechanical drawings.
- Understanding of fabrication, welding and material specifications.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Robust knowledge of MS/Steel structures will be preferred.
