Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Student Business (B2C) to engage directly with students and parents planning overseas education.

The role involves guiding customers through the complete foreign remittance process for tuition fees and living expenses, managing end-to-end customer interactions, and contributing to revenue growth through sales and cross-selling of allied services.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent & Parent Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents regarding overseas education-related remittances.
- Guide customers through the complete remittance lifecycle and ensure a smooth, compliant experience.
- Collect, verify, and coordinate submission of mandatory documents required for foreign remittance.




- Handle customer queries and provide timely post-sales support.

Sales & Business Development
- Follow up with students for semester-wise tuition fee and living expense remittances.
- Achieve revenue, transaction value, and student acquisition targets.
- Maximize business opportunities while maintaining transparency and customer trust.
- Cross-sell value-added services such as education loans, visa facilitation, and insurance.
- Generate leads and manage the sales funnel from initial enquiry to conversion.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain solid relationships with students, parents, and education consultants.
- Conduct webinars and virtual sessions explaining forex rates, remittance processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns and encourage repeat business.

Channel Development
- Collaborate with overseas education consultants to generate student referrals and improve conversions.
