HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Operations

Company: Web Tech Solutions (WTS)

Location: Daryaganj, New Delhi

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

Office Visit: Candidate may be required to visit the Daryaganj office up to twice a week, depending on business requirements

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Operations who can take ownership of our hiring process while also supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this role will be Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for finding, screening and coordinating with candidates for various positions across our marketing, sales, technology,



e-commerce and support teams.

You will also handle key HR activities including onboarding, employee documentation, employee records, offboarding, attendance and leave coordination, HR reports, employee communication and other HR operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, communicating with candidates professionally and managing multiple vacancies at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.

* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri and other portals.

* Post and manage job openings across recruitment platforms.

* Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.

* Verify candidate experience, qualifications and profile details.

* Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
