Role & responsibilities
- Identify manual and repetitive processes and convert them into automated workflows.
- Automate processes across Audit, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Administration and Internal Operations.
- Build AI-powered workflows, tools and AI agents.
- Implement solutions for document processing, data extraction, reporting, email automation, client communication and knowledge management.
- Integrate AI and automation with applications such as TallyPrime, Zoho Books, CRM, Excel, Google Workspace and other cloud applications.
- Develop dashboards and automated reporting using Excel, Power BI and data analytics tools.
- Explore and implement current AI tools to improve productivity across the firm.
- Train and support team members in adopting AI and automation tools.
