We’re Hiring | International Travel Desk Manager

We are looking for an experienced International Travel Desk Manager to manage end-to-end international travel arrangements and provide seamless travel support to employees and business stakeholders.

Reporting To: Head – Administration
Experience: 5+ Years in International Travel Desk / Corporate Travel Management

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, ticketing, re-issuance, cancellations and refunds.
- Handle international visa processing, documentation, appointment scheduling and follow-up with embassies/consulates and visa agencies.
- Coordinate passport, visa and other travel documentation requirements.
- Plan and coordinate international business travel itineraries for employees and senior management.
- Manage hotel bookings, airport transfers, travel insurance and other travel-related services.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines,



visa consultants and other external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and optimize travel costs.
- Maintain travel records, MIS, expense tracking and documentation.
- Provide prompt support for urgent travel requirements, flight changes and travel-related issues.
- Negotiate with travel service providers to ensure competitive rates and quality service.
- Monitor visa validity, passport expiry and other critical travel document timelines.
- Support senior management and employees with travel planning and advisory services.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; certification/course in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in international corporate travel management.
- Solid knowledge of international air ticketing, visa processes and travel documentation.
