Position Summary-

The Key Account Manager will lead sales growth and key customer management across West Bengal. The role focuses on driving revenue, strengthening customer relationships, executing commercial plans, expanding distribution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities--
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.




- Manage Modern Trade, General Trade, HoReCa and key regional accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution.
- Develop joint business plans with key customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, promotions and annual agreements.
- Monitor sales, stock availability, fill rates and visibility.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and market insights.
- Track competitor activities and recommend growth initiatives.
- Ensure timely collections and policy compliance.
