- Welcome and greet patients, guests, and visitors professionally.
- Assist patients with registration, appointments, consultations, and hospital services.
- Handle patient enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with doctors and departments.
- Guide patients to the appropriate departments and service areas.
- Maintain excellent relationships with patients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle patient concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Collect patient feedback and report important concerns to management.
- Maintain records of enquiries, appointments, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Nursing, Doctors, Billing, Pharmacy, and other departments.
- Explain available healthcare and wellness services to patients.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional service standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
