Job Description:

We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters across India to join our growing recruitment team. This is a full-time
Work From Home
role supporting hiring projects in Japan and Hong Kong.

Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial candidate discussions
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams
- Maintain candidate records and follow-ups
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Requirements
- Experience in IT recruitment
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing
- Able to work independently in a work from home environment
- Comfortable working in the Japan shift
