The candidate should be BE/B. Tech preferably in Electrical Engineering with 6-7 years of solid experience of in solar rooftop projects. Key skills required :
Good communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors, clients, and regulatory authorities for timely completion of projects within the budget.
Positive technical knowledge of solar system and be able to guide the installation team at site.
Able to handle multiple projects at a time and willingness to travel as per demand of the projects.
