Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage hospital billing operations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate patient bills, coordinating with departments, and ensuring timely billing and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate accurate patient bills for OPD, IPD, pharmacy, laboratory, and other hospital services.
- Verify patient details, treatment records, and charges before final billing.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and pharmacy for billing clarification.
- Handle insurance billing and documentation when required.
- Maintain billing records and ensure proper documentation.
- Process patient discharge billing and ensure timely bill settlement.




- Handle patient queries related to billing and charges.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.
- Assist the accounts department in daily revenue reporting and reconciliation.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of hospital billing software / HMS.
- Good understanding of OPD/IPD billing process.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and patient handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
