Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Mumbai. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to connect with prospective and existing clients, provide information about services, and support lead generation efforts. Daily responsibilities include explaining offerings clearly, answering queries, updating call records in the CRM or relevant systems, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings for the sales or account management teams. The role also involves maintaining skilled call etiquette, achieving call and conversion targets, and sharing customer feedback with internal teams to improve communication and service quality.

Qualifications




- Candidates should possess solid verbal communication skills, clear telephone etiquette, and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess skills in customer service, including handling queries, resolving basic concerns, and building rapport with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including data entry, CRM usage, and email communication.
- Candidates should possess time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work with call targets and daily activity goals.
- Prior experience as a telecaller, customer support representative, or in sales coordination is beneficial.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
- Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
